Caitlin, WER Interior Designer, brings curiosity and creativity to every project. Drawn to the profession by the intersection of creativity and problem-solving, she approaches design with a people-first perspective, believing that a successful space should not ask people to adapt to it, but should thoughtfully adapt to the people it serves. She enjoys creating inclusive, intuitive environments that are full of personality.

A UCA Interior Design graduate, Caitlin served as President of the university’s ASID student chapter. Her involvement has continued through local leadership roles and broader ASID initiatives, strengthening her connection to the design community and commitment to growth within the profession.

Outside the office, Caitlin is rarely without a creative project. A singer and musician, she enjoys sewing, quilting, decorating her home, cycling, trying new restaurants and spending time with her dog, Benny.
