Chloe joined WER in January 2026 after graduating from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a Bachelor’s Degree in Art and a Minor in Media Production in December 2025. During her time at UA Little Rock, she developed a diverse creative background with a focus on graphic design, photography, and film. Her education allowed her to explore a variety of creative mediums while building a strong understanding of visual communication, storytelling, and the importance of thoughtful design.

Chloe believes graphic design is a powerful tool for communication and an essential part of how we experience and understand the world around us. At WER, she brings this perspective to a wide range of projects, from developing print and digital materials and creating graphics to photographing projects, filming content, and editing video. She enjoys finding creative ways to communicate WER’s work and help bring the firm’s projects, people, and ideas to life. When she’s out of the office, she enjoys drawing, hiking, scrapbooking, making videos with friends, and exploring both film and digital photography.
