Matthew has been involved in all phases of a project, from client development through post-occupancy services. He has also been involved in master planning, preparing budgets, writing specifications and client presentations. His strengths include a thorough understanding of client and construction contracts and various construction delivery methods including Fast Track, Guaranteed Maximum Price, Negotiated Bid and Design-Bid-Build.
