WER Architects/Planners has been selected by Arkansas Business Readers’ Choice Best of Biz as the 2010 Best Architectural Firm.

Historic Preservation Alliance of Arkansas (HPPA) awarded WER Architects “Excellence in Preservation through Restoration” for Lakeport Plantation, the only remaining Arkansas antebellum plantation home on the Mississippi River.

Jerome joined WER Architects by making a geographical career move with his family from Detroit, Michigan to Little Rock, Arkansas. Architecture, antiquities and ecology are his greatest interests with the foremost being his profession and the latter being his obsessions.

After operating a successful and award-winning design firm, Toni joined WER in May, 2009 and was named Director of Interiors shortly after. Toni is known for creating warm and inviting interiors and brings more than 12 years of broad experience in healthcare, corporate, education, hospitality, and retail to WER.

McGraw-Hill Construction Best of Awards are presented each year to celebrate and honor the country’s Southeast Region best construction projects. Three of WER Architects (Witsell, Evans, Rasco) projects received the Best of 2007 Awards.
