POULTRY FEDERATION

CORPORATE OFFICES

The Poultry Federation is a nonprofit trade organization representing the poultry and egg industries across Arkansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma. WER Architects was selected to design a new headquarters that would replace the organization’s smaller, aging facility while remaining on the same site. The new building provides a modern home for the Federation’s growing operations and creates a flexible environment for both day-to-day work and industry-wide gatherings.

The headquarters was designed to accommodate the organization’s diverse needs, including offices for the director and staff as well as spaces for large and small meetings, conferences, receptions, and other events. Flexible gathering areas allow the facility to support a variety of functions and group sizes, providing the Federation with a workplace that can serve both its internal operations and its broader role within the agricultural and business community.

A key aspect of the design is the building’s orientation toward the Arkansas State Capitol. The corporate office was intentionally positioned to face the Capitol building, creating prominent views toward the Capitol dome and establishing a strong visual connection to the heart of state government. This relationship reinforces the Federation’s role as an advocate and representative for the poultry and egg industries throughout the region.
